This week’s meal plan has 7 nights of easy family dinner suggestions, with a variety of flavours and something for everyone.

BENEFITS OF MEAL PLANNING

Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

MONDAY

Garlic Parmesan Zucchini and Tomato Bake – This recipe is easy to make and perfect to serve alongside meat and fries.

TUESDAY

Savoury Mince on Toast – Easy for a mid-week meal, hopefully there will be leftover mince for tomorrow’s lunch!

WEDNESDAY

Easy Lemon Butter Fish – From stove to table in just 20 minutes, this is a fast and tasty midweek meal.

THURSDAY

Sausage and Vegetable Pasta Bake – Pasta and sausages are two super budget-friendly ingredients that are both filling and popular with kids.

FRIDAY

Chicken Ranch Wraps – My delicious wraps are a quick and easy dinner and are perfect for a Friday night meal.

SATURDAY

Lo Mein Noodles – This combination of fresh ingredients with egg noodles and sauce is a winning stir fry combo.

SUNDAY

Perfect Roast Chicken – A roast chicken recipe which is juicy with crispy skin, every time!

BAKING

Quick and Easy Coconut Mud Cake – This is a lovely mud cake with a tropical tweak – delish!
