Chicken and Vegetable Pasta Bake – a perfect way to sneak some extra veggies into your family’s diet
TUESDAY
Slow Cooker Beef Goulash – Less than 20 minutes to prepare then slow cooker can do the rest.
WEDNESDAY
Lamb Chops – mashed potato and steamed vegetables
THURSDAY
Chicken nuggets – with potato chips and salad. Nuggests and potato chips from freezer at grocery store.
FRIDAY
BBQ Chook and salad – Using up whatever left over vegetables and cheese were in the fridge.
SATURDAY
Fish Tacos – This is a simple diner. Use frozen fish strips from grocery store, store-bought coleslaw and mini tortillas. Add some aioli ontop of the fish if desired.
SUNDAY
Slow-Roasted Pork Belly – We served this with roasted potatoes, onion and carrots.
BAKING
Chewy Raisin and Oat Biscuits – These biscuits are so easy to put together and since they have hardly any sugar and include wholemeal flour I like to think that they are a little bit healthy too!
