This weeks meal plan

As I was away at the conference last weekend Mr Organised planned this weeks meal plan and did the weekly grocery shop.  Was a great help not to do it when I got home, so very grateful!

MONDAY Chinese Five Spice & Soy Beef Stir Fry

TUESDAY – Chicken Schnitzels and vegetables

WEDNESDAY – Mince Pasta Bake

THURSDAYChicken and Spinach Lasagne and vegetables

FRIDAY –  Homemade Pizza

SATURDAY – BBQ Sausages with salad

SUNDAYSlow Cooked Silverside

LUNCHES – Ham & salad wrap, strawberries, plum, soy crisps, cookies, yoghurt in reusable pouch

BAKING – From the freezer – Date Scones and 100+ Cookies form one batch

I purchase our yoghurt in a large tub and spoon into the pouches for the kids to use at school (works out to be better on the budget!).  These pouches are reusable, BPA free and easy to clean (also dishwasher safe).  Available in a range of colours from My Lil Pouch. These pouches would also be perfect for homemade baby food!

I added 3/4 cup chopped dates to the Lemonade Scones recipe

They have a snap lock type seal at the top of the pouch
