Nutella Croissant Pudding

When my youngest daughter was 9, she came up with this fantastic idea on how to use up some leftover croissants…Nutella Croissant Pudding! It was so easy, she was able to make it herself.

Nutella Croissant Pudding

We still make this recipe quite often, whenever we have plenty of croissants. It’s always a family favourite!

Just got back from the grocery store. When I was there me and Miss 4 waited for anther mum and her daughter to move out of the way so we could get our croissants. Next minute, we bump into them again buying chocolate spread. We just winked at each other knowing we were both there because of you Katrina!
Thanks for all you do!

Can someone help me? Does the custard refer to custard powder or ready-made custard and how much do you use? Or is it the eggs, cream sugar etc all mixed together? Any help would be appreciated… I’ve not made anything like this before :/
