BENEFITS OF MEAL PLANNING

Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

MONDAY

American Goulash – The American version of goulash is faster to make and just as delicious as the original.

TUESDAY

Chicken San Choy Bau – Super quick and easy, this recipe is also budget-friendly.

WEDNESDAY

30-minute Corn Chowder – Soup is a great mid-week meal and this one’s nice and filling for the family. 

THURSDAY

Chilli Lime Fish – Include some seafood in your weekly menu with this delicious meal. 

FRIDAY

BBQ Lamb Pizza – Take it easy on Friday night with a delicious pizza.

SATURDAY

Easy Tikka Meatball Curry – I use pre-made meatballs with this recipe which makes it so fast and easy. 

SUNDAY

Beef Burrito Bowl – Fresh and easy for a Sunday night, this recipe is a great Mexican-style meal.

BAKING

Peaches and Cream Muffins – Bake some snacks for the week! These freeze really well and are perfect to grab and go in the morning on your way out door.
