Here’s some fresh inspiration in this week’s family meal plan. Delicious, cost-efficient and simple cooking – because life is busy!

BENEFITS OF MEAL PLANNING

Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

MONDAY

Sweet and Savoury Sausage Curry – Sausages are a great budget-friendly dinner option and this recipe is bound to be a hit with the family.

TUESDAY

Super Crispy Falafel Bites – The outside is super crispy but the inside is tender and delish! This is a  perfect meat-free dinner that’s packed with nutrition and flavour.

WEDNESDAY

Chicken and Roast Pumpkin Pasta Bake – Pasta is a great way to fill hungry tummies! My family always love this recipe with the combination of chicken and pumpkin.
