Enjoy iced coffees at home, with this delicious, affordable and easy to make Homemade Coffee Syrup recipe.
My daughter made me this Homemade Coffee Syrup back when Mocconna changed their recipe, and I found myself stuck with jars of instant coffee I couldn’t stomach, but that I didn’t want to waste. My hubby and I loved this syrup so much though, we’ve continued to make it and now the kids are older they’ve enjoyed making iced coffee’s after school.
The coffee syrup can be kept in the fridge for up to a month, but the longer you leave it to sit in the fridge, the stronger it tastes in your iced coffee. We find that we use less syrup the older it is.
This coffee syrup only requires three ingredients, and can be made with or without a Thermomix. I have included both recipes below.Print
