Another freezerable cookie dough
- Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups SR flour
- 1 egg
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- plus extra additions, choc chips, sultanas etc
Instructions
- Melt butter with sugar
- in another bowl put SR flour and extra additions to cookie dough.
- Add the butter mixture stir then add egg, pinch salt and vanilla.
- When all mixed roll into a snake and then wrap in lunch wrap then glad wrap.
- When you want to use, defrost a bit to cut through and just use a knife to cut off cookies and place in oven, 12-15 min
