Tortilllas brushed with small amount of oil and garlic
Then sprinkled with grated cheese and chives.
Cut into small wedges (i use a pizza cutter)
Then bake on mod temp (180 – 200) until golden and crispy
Store in air tigt container
These are great for a chip alternative and are always the first to go at party’s so now put a few in kids lunches. I make six tortillas worth up at a time lasts for more than two weeks between my two kids. I also use gluten free tortillas but you can use any realy.
