A week of delicious and easy family meals packed with hearty, time-saving dinner ideas. 

Each week I share a 7 day meal plan, which is filled with a good variety of dinner options for the whole family. This week enjoy Chicken and Roast Pumpkin Bake, Turkey and Green Bean Stir-Fry, Lemon Ricotta Pasta and a delicious Pear, Berry and White Chocolate Cobbler recipe for a sweet treat! 

BENEFITS OF MEAL PLANNING

Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

MONDAY

Meat and 6-Vegetable Dinner Bowl  – Perfect start to Monday with this delicious lamb and 6-vegetable dinner bowl!

TUESDAY

Chicken and Roast Pumpkin Bake – This recipe can be made ahead of time, making it the perfect meal for feeding a hungry crowd on a busy weeknight.

FRIDAY

Chicken BLTs – easy-to-prepare lunches that can be enjoyed for dinner! These BLTs make it easy for you to kick back and relax!

SATURDAY

Thai Pork Salad – This fresh and vibrant Thai-style pork salad can be ready in less than half an hour.

SUNDAY

Barbecued Butterflied Lamb with Olive Oil Chips – This barbecued lamb is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!

BAKING

Pear, Berry and White Chocolate Cobbler  – It’s so easy to create a jammy fruit base and a light, fluffy topping in your slow cooker.
