Chocolate crackle surprise eggs

This is a really creative idea, chocolate crackles with an Easter twist!

Ingredients:

• 1 3/4 cups dark chocolate melts
• 25g copha
• 4 cups rice bubbles
• 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
• olive oil cooking spray
• 125g packet candy-coated mini eggs, these can be found at the supermarket, I am sure M&Ms have a variety.
