Here is this weeks meal plan:

Monday – Lemon Crumbed Chicken Drumsticks with Roast Veggies
We have little hands that love to get involved crumbing the chicken! So much fun but so mess!
Tuesday – Slow cooker Beef Stroganoff with Rice and Steamed Greens
Wednesday – Eggplant Parmigiana with Crunchy Cheese Bread
Thursday – Chicken, Potato and Bacon Bake in the slow cooker.
This is a recipe off the back of a “McCormick Slow Cookers” Recipe base.
Friday – Lamb Shanks in an oven bag with veggie mash.
Saturday – Spaghetti Bolognese – and baking Lasagna!
I make a double batch of bolognese sauce and use it to make a Lasagne to put in the freezer for next Sunday night! This lets me have one cooking free night a week!
Sunday – Freezer find, most probably Quiche!
Baking – Honey Joys for a birthday party we are going to and Lasagne to stock the freezer!
