combine 1 cup All Bran cereal, 1 cup diced dried apricots and 1 cup brown sugar. Warm 1 cup of milk in a saucepan, add 1 tbspn of honey or golden syrup and stir until combined. Add milk/honey mix to dry ingredients & stir well. Sift in 1 cup of SR flour, stir. Spoon into a greased & floured loaf tin and bake at 180 C for about 45-50 minutes.
