Egg Free - Mud Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups self raising flour
  • cup sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons canola oil canola give you omega 3’s

Method
 

  1. Mix together SR Flour, sugar, water and cocoa
  2. Add vinegar, salt, essence and oil
  3. Spoon into small cupcake pans, bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes

Notes

Woolworths homebrand cocoa is nut free (black, red and white box)
