Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups SR Flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 125 g melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup Nutella

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
  2. Have on hand your silicone muffn tray, or alternatively, grease 12 hole muffin pan or use patty cases.
  3. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
  4. Stir in butter, eggs and milk.
  5. Spoon one-third of the mixture into prepared pan, top with 1 tablespoon of nutella.
  6. Top with the remaining muffin mixture, then gently swirl the batter with a skewer or knife to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake muffins in oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  8. Rest in tray for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely or serve warm.
