{Meal Plan} Pan Fried Fish

Apologies that this week’s meal plan is a day late.  I had a fantastic long weekend away with friends, I have caught up on my project life album and also completed a few scrapbooking layouts, didn’t finish as much as I wanted, but we enjoyed the chatting and late nights, along with the scrapbook expo, so many goodies!!!

Here is this weeks meal plan:

Monday – Leftovers from freezer

Tuesday – Pan fried fish, pasta and vegetables

Wednesday – Slow cooker – Rogan Josh Beef with rice (beef and sauce in slowcooker)

Thursday – Roast chicken breast and drumsticks, potato and vegetables with gravy

Friday – out visiting for dinner

Saturday – Beef Ravioli with spicy tomato and bacon sauce with garlic bread

Sunday – Beef pie, chips and vegetables

Baking – Double Chocolate Cheesecake Slice
