It is two weeks till school finishes here in QLD. At the end of every school year we like to give a gift to our teachers to show our appreciation and gratitude for all the support and guidance they have given our children during the year. There are many gift ideas to give teachers, but today here is one idea which I made a few weeks ago and would like to share with you.
Recently our school celebrated Teacher Appreciation Day. The P&C organised a morning tea for the teachers, which I made my yummy caramel tarts, the teachers loved them. I also made a gift for each of my kids teachers. The twins are in the same class so I only made 2 gifts, the twins teacher Miss R and Miss 5’s teacher Mr P.
I found some quotes I liked, then created these pictures using PhotoShop. I sent the images through to my favourite online photo shop (Camera House). Each was printed on glossy photo paper the required size to fit the photo frame (5″x7″).
We wrapped each present in handmade wrapping (kids artwork on butcher paper), added a teacher appreciation card and gave to each teacher on Teacher Appreciation Day, they loved them, and now each are sitting proudly on their desks. This idea is something a little different, creative and thoughtful. Find links below to download.
