Sometimes life can get a little overwhelming.  Behind closed doors EVERYBODY has their moments of struggle and frustration.  When this happens it’s easy to compare yourself to others and wonder how they keep it together, but more than likely they have their times when they feel exactly the same.

Please remember to just be the best YOU can be, don’t compare yourself to anybody else, instead spend the time looking after you.

I created this Keep Calm printable so you can frame and have this simple reminder.

As a teacher, I like the ‘keep calm and pretend it’s in the lesson plan’.

Kat, I love the Keep Calm and Carry On saying, and all the spin offs! Did you know the actually history of it? See my post from 10Mar12 for a quick history lesson, it’s amazing. Renee from belleamiemotherofthree.com

Thanks for the printable. Its just what I need today. I have come back from my GP having been told it looks like I have Lupus, I am also premenopausal( I’m not even 40) and probably should go on HRT patches. I also have a good friend who is the same age and has cancer and has been told there is no more they can do for her.
I will print this out and frame it then add some chocolate 🙂
