If you love comfort food, you will love this easy to make creamy Mac and Cheese recipe!
Mac and Cheese is such a classic recipe but it’s a favourite for a reason! I love being able to whip up comfort food like this so quickly and the fact I could it all in the pressure cooker instead of using multiple dishes is a bonus! It only took 20 minutes! My son loved it so much, he had it for lunch the next day.
I made a delicious risotto in the Multicooker not long ago and will be making a pot roast for Sunday lunch soon. With the pressure and non-pressure settings, you can even make yogurt and bake cakes in it!
