- 220g butter, room temp
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tblspoon golden syrup
- 1½ cups plain flour
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Beat butter, sugar and syrup until creamy
- Mix in flour, oats, baking powder & choc chips.
- Mix well & roll into logs, wrap into glad wrap and freeze.
- Slice log, bake at 180 for 12 minutes.
