Today is Sunday, which is the day I plan my meals for the following week, ready for grocery shopping on Monday (if I am getting my groceries delivered I will plan, order and reserve my time a few day’s prior) . I prefer shopping on a Monday so we have fresh food for dinners and lunches for the week. However as I go shopping after I drop the kids at school, lunches on a Monday are usually tuna sandwiches for hubby and vegemite or cheese sandwiches for the kids along with a piece of fruit, little snack and morning tea that I have baked and stored in the freezer.
The list I am showing you below is my meal plan from last week. I show you last week and not the week coming only so I can recommend to you the recipes I cooked. As you can see below there is a recipe I was really excited to make, but it wasn’t very nice, therefore I don’t want you to waste your time making it. I give ratings to each. But then again, we all have different tastes, so you may like it!
Here is this weeks meal plan:
Monday – Mince pasta bake
Tuesday – Mexican Pork Stir Fry
Wednesday – Scrambled Eggs
Thursday – Martha Stewart Staff Chicken Enchilada Casserole (was very runny and not worth the effort)
Friday – left overs from last night on bread rolls
Saturday – girls night out so the kids and hubby had their fav pie and chips
Sunday – Roast Beef with veges
Baking – Banana Muffins (super healthy)
