You know me, I can’t go past anything that is inspiring and motivating and when I saw this I knew it would look fantastic in my office. My office is a place where I spend most of my time each weekday, writing my blog posts, creating printables, or chatting away on facebook and instagram, so I like it to look pretty, but yet still be practical. I sell some great quotes in my shop, but this idea is a really fast, easy and cheap DIY framed print idea.
I purchased both these items from Kmart the frame was $4.00 and believe it or not the print I used was a cover of a $3.00 pack of 2 notebook set.
I lifted the spiral to easily remove the cover, I didn’t want to damage it as the width is the perfect size to fit in the frame. The spiral holes are hidden by the edge of the frame.
I trimmed the top and bottom of the cover to fit into the frame. Trimming from both the top and bottom will ensure the text is center in the frame.
Done…. fast, easy and cheap DIY framed print in less than 5 minutes for only $5.50! This is beautifully displayed in my office.

Love it!
Looks fantastic in your office!
It’s the perfect addition!
That’s so gorgeous, simple to make and cheap! Love it.
love idea that only take minutes to complete, this is one of them!
I did something similar. I created a wall of b/w photos in black frames along my stair wall. Using inspiration from Freedom’s frames I just typed a word or phrase in black on white paper, cut it to size and voila! My favourite is the word ‘smile’. Every time I use the stairs it makes me…….smile. These look good mixed in with all the photo’s.
love it Petra a fantastic budget friendly idea!
