Ingredients
Scale
- 50 grams almonds
- 100 grams macadamias
- 60 grams desiccated coconut
- 1 heaped tablespoon honey
- 1 heaped tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Add almonds, macadamias and coconut into food processor, process on high until nuts are finely chopped
- Add honey and coconut oil, process on medium until combined
- Roll mixture into approx 18 balls (I had to squeeze the mixture together to make the balls)
- Keep refrigerated
