Coconut, Almond & Macadamia Balls

Ingredients

Scale
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 100 grams macadamias
  • 60 grams desiccated coconut
  • 1 heaped tablespoon honey
  • 1 heaped tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add almonds, macadamias and coconut into food processor, process on high until nuts are finely chopped
  2. Add honey and coconut oil, process on medium until combined
  3. Roll mixture into approx 18 balls (I had to squeeze the mixture together to make the balls)
  4. Keep refrigerated
