- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 pack of tortillas
- 2 boxes Inghams’ Chicken Chipees (extra for lunch boxes)
- mayonnaise or sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Arrange Ingham’s Chicken Breast Chipees on a lined oven tray.
- Bake for 14 minutes, turning once.
- Prepare carrot, capsicum, spinach and onion for filling.
- Slightly heat tortillas in the microwave.
- Place all ingredients into a tortilla, add mayonnaise.
- Roll up and eat.
