Ingredients

  • 2 cups toasted muesli (nut free)
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 60g butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Place muesli, apricots, honey and warm, melted butter in a food processor.
  2. Process on high speed for several minutes until mixture sticks together like paste.
  3. Roll into bite sized balls.
  4. Roll in coconut.
  5. Store in airtight container in fridge to set for 4 hours.
