Jumbo Pets offers free shipping to most metro and major regional areas, including (but not limited to) Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Wollongong, Newcastle and the Central Coast. Outside of these areas, shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the items and the destination postcode. 

Free shipping is only valid for approved orders over $99 AUD, and it will be automatically applied as a shipping discount at checkout.

You can also take advantage of the free click-and-collect, where you pay for your order online and select a store you would like to pick up for free. Your order will be collected and waiting for you to pick it up at customer service.
