Exchanges

ECCO offers exchanges via their retail stores only. 

If you are wanting to exchange the item that you purchased online or in store, please visit your local ECCO store and they will assist with an exchange for a new size or style.

If you prefer to return your order via post to their warehouse, ECCO will only be able to offer a full refund, after which, you can place a new order for the correct size or style when convenient. Be sure to redeem an ECCO promo code or coupon when reordering to save!

Free Click and Reserve

With free click and reserve, you can rest easy knowing your product isn't going anywhere. To use free click and reserve, select your items online and add them to your basket. Choose ''Click & Reserve'' as your shipment method at checkout and complete your reservation order (no payment required!). Wait to receive an email notification saying when your order is ready to pick up in store.

Free Returns

If you're not totally happy with the size or style of your purchases whether bought at full price, in the ECCO shoe sales or with ECCO promo codes, then you have 14 days to make ECCO returns. All returns are free of charge.

ECCO is now able to facilitate returns in store for online orders (including those delivered to your home/work address, as well as Click & Collect and Click & Reserve orders) so you have the ability to return your item wherever you need. All in store purchases will still need to be returned in store.

Did you pay for your item in the store? All purchases from ECCO Retail or ECCO Outlet stores can be returned at any ECCO store.

Please take your item into one of their ECCO stores, along with your order confirmation or shipment email if you have this on hand. Their staff in store will be able to process your return (and payment will automatically be put back onto your original purchase method) or will help to facilitate an exchange for the same or similar item pending availability.

Returns for purchases made during promotions or sales can be made as per ECCO’s return policy. Please note: the refunded amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the total order discount amount.

Any orders made in store and paid for with shopping centre gift cards (e.g. Westfield gift cards) are not eligible for a refund due to these cards being designed as a 'one time load' gift card. Items returned will be exchanged for an ECCO store credit to be used in ECCO retail stores instead.

Download and print the returns form and fill in all information. If you do not have access to a printer, please include your packing slip and highlight the item you wish to return.

Wrap the shoes neatly within the shoe box and place the shoe box into the satchel or carton that it arrived in. Please ensure to include your printed returns form inside the carton or shoebox and securely tape the external shipping carton to minimise movement during transport. 

Visit the Australia Post returns portal here. Fill out all fields and submit to obtain your prepaid return label, then download. Please attach the Australia Post returns label to the parcel, covering the original label if using the original satchel/carton. Take the shoes to your local Australia Post outlet for return to ECCO. Ask for a $0 receipt and retain it as this contains the tracking number. All returns are processed on ECCO's Australia Post account and therefore free of charge to all customers.
