The 15% is worked out on the price the item scans for – meaning they will reward you at the full price, not the price you pay after redeeming any Brand Cash, giving you even better rewards. You can also redeem Brand Cash and earn Brand Cash in one transaction!

You have three months to spend your premium food Brand Cash. KONG brand cash expires six months after the month in which it was earned. Smart Price Guarantee

Find a better deal on an identical item, and PETstock will match it. For a Smart Price to take place the customer must be a member of the PETstock Rewards program. A competitor's publically advertised price must be produced by the customer to the PETstock team.

The products must be an identical product that is in stock in the quantity requested and available for sale by both the competitor and PETstock at the time of quoting (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks).

The product must be new and identical: including brand, model, year of manufacture and colour. Identical is defined by: the same brand, model, year of manufacture, colour, size, flavour, variety and quality.

Smart price requests will not be considered retrospectively after an order has been placed or a purchase completed with PETstock.

The competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST & taxes, delivery, freight, fees and charges.

The competitor’s product must include any bonus offers or accessories offered by PETstock. This excludes any competitor’s cashback offers and reproductions (e.g. photocopies, printouts, etc.). PETstock will not smart price against Marketplaces, Independent sellers, or any websites that do not sell directly to the general public.

The customer experience team will aim to get to your smart price request within 24 hours. However, in busy periods the response time may be slightly delayed. Smart pricing a competitor’s product will not earn PETstock Dollars or Brand Cash through the PETstock Rewards loyalty program on that purchase.

Smart Price's do not automatically apply to future transactions. Smart Price's do not apply to the Auto-Ship service.

PETstock delivers orders throughout Australia. The store also offers free standard delivery on all orders that are more than $20.

Standard shipping from the store will take two to five business days to reach your address. If you’d like to receive your order sooner, you might opt for express shipping, which takes about one to three business days.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, the PETstock return policy lets you return items in exchange for a refund, as long as it’s in their original condition and returned within 28 days of your purchase.
