Returns 

Return to Store: Goods purchased online may be returned to stores. If you are returning to a store please make sure you have the confirmation email with you. If this document is not presented the store will not be able to process your refund for you.

Return via Post: You may return goods by contacting Customer Care, who will advise you on how to return your goods via post and issue you a return form.

You will need to have your confirmation email containing your transaction reference number and delivery documentation containing your delivery number. You will also need a list and descriptions of the goods you wish to return. Please include the reason you are returning the product. If returning an item via post, include the completed return forms. Finally, you will need receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods.
