Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 450ml milk of choice
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 vanilla bean pod (cut into quarters)
  • 1 tspn coconut oil
  • 1/2 tspn ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspn ground nutmeg
  • Good pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker and whisk well
  2. Cook on medium for 3 hours
  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Cook Time: 3 hours
