Ingredients

  • 250g spreadable cream cheese
  • 70g sour cream
  • 55g mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 180g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
  • 23 pinches of salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, capers and tabasco to thermomix bowl, mix 10 sec / speed 4
  2. Scrape bowl, mix again 10 sec / speed 4
  3. Add in salmon, dill and chives, mix 10sec / speed 4
  4. taste and add salt as desired, mix again if needed.
