Smoked Salmon Dip

I like to make up a dip when we are expecting guests over.  Coupled with crackers or toasted Turkish Bread, this Smoked Salmon Dip is always a crowd pleaser!!

I spray the Turkish Bread with some olive oil, then pop into a hot oven for 4-8 minutes or until just toasted (not too crunchy and still chewy).
