St Frock offers a 60-day return window for store credit, valid for 12 months, and provides free returns for customers in Australia. Ensure items are in original condition with tags and submit returns through the online Returns Page. Note that jewellery, headwear, and Final Clearance items are non-returnable, and shipping fees are not refunded unless it's the store's fault.
