Pay Later with Afterpay or Zip

When shopping at Bonds online, the Afterpay service lets customers spend up to $1000 on clothes and underwear and then repay what they owe in fortnightly instalments. Zip is a similar service offering six months of interest-free credit, with a flexible payment schedule (minimum $40 a month) and a maximum borrowing amount of $5,000.

Free Returns

Bonds provides completely free returns on all orders within 60 days of purchase. You can also return items to your nearest Bonds location (excluding Bonds Outlet Stores).

To return by mail, just place the item(s) you would like to return into the Bonds satchel posted to you, stick a return label on the bag, and drop the package off at any Australia Post store or any red post box. For an in-store return, bring your item(s) and receipt (either physical or emailed) to your nearest Bonds location. Make sure you read the returns policies to ensure you're eligible for a return.

Note that some restrictions apply. For example, underwear cannot be returned by mail due to hygiene reasons. See the full return policy on the Bonds website.

Free Shipping

Bonds & Me members can take advantage of free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required. Non-members can also enjoy free shipping when they spend at least $59, or pay $6.95 for orders under that amount. Express shipping is also available for $9.95.

Delivery is fulfilled by Australia Post and typically takes up to seven business days for standard shipping, and up to 2 business days for express shipping.
