Ingredients

- 425g tin of tuna in brine, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into a bowl and combine. Place on buttered bread with lettuce.
