A nice light and fresh dip that the kids will enjoy and great for entertaining too!!
Ingredients
Scale
- 450g tin beetroot
- 80ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 225g Greek yoghurt
Instructions
- Blitz all ingredients in a processor until just combined, do not over mix.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
- Store in the fridge.
