Free Delivery

Free delivery for orders over $130AUD. For orders under this value, Standard Delivery is $8 AUD. Get your shoes delivered to the address of your choice within 3-10 business days. After you’ve placed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking details. If your order is being fulfilled from multiple locations, you will receive different tracking numbers for each parcel.

All of Wittners' orders are given Authority to Leave by default. This means that your order will be left in a safe place, at your delivery address if a recipient isn't present to accept the order. If you are wanting to change this option, you can do so via the AusPost Website or by downloading the AusPost App.

Please note: In periods of high demand and during promotions, standard deliveries may take between 3-10 business days.

Click & Collect

For same-day delivery in selected VIC stores, please order before 12pm. Select Click & Collect at check out and simply nominate your preferred location. Click and collect is only available in Australia. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email saying Wittner have received your Click & Collect order.

The customer support team will check the availability of the products purchased and send a second email to confirm your order.

If for any reason Wittner cannot fulfill your order for Click & Collect, they will ship it to you free of charge using the Express Delivery service.

Once your order has been prepared, you'll receive an email saying that it's ready for pick up from your selected store.

Now all you have to do is visit your nominated store, collect your order and enjoy! 

Please note they require a copy of ID when picking up your Click and Collect order in-store as a form of fraud prevention.

Loyalty Program

Wittner Co. is the loyalty program that provides an easy way to receive even more benefits when you shop with Wittner.

There are four reward levels, meaning the higher you step up, the more rewards you can enjoy! It’s now even easier to track your membership status when you log into the Wittner website, with their dynamic loyalty progress bar and member pricing clearly marked for all applicable products.

With special treats, sneak peeks and VIP events available to every member, signing up to Wittner Co. is always a good idea. Simply create your account and you’re immediately part of the family! You can even personalise your Wittner experience by setting your communication preferences when you join.

Once you’re signed up, all you need to do is shop online or in-store to get even more rewards! Each Wittner Co. loyalty level is valid for a 12 month period. To maintain your level, you just need to continue enjoying new collections and spend the status amount within the 12 months. If you spend more, Wittner will move you up a level, if you spend less, you’ll roll back to the level below.

Member Levels

''White'' members spend $0 – $249.99 each year. There is no minimum spend for White members. You'll remain at this level until you spend $250+ within 12 months. After which, you'll qualify for higher levels. White level members still benefit from exclusive previews, promotions, styling tips and other treats! 

Once you've spent enough you'll be bumped up a level. If you have graduated to the next level,  congratulations! Wittner is so glad you love their shoes. You'll be upgraded straight away and receive an email notifying you of your new rewards. Your anniversary will also be updated so you can enjoy a full 12 months at your new level.

If you've spent more than you need to move up a level, any balance that exceeds the minimum spend amount will be retained and calculated towards your next upgrade! ''Black'' members enjoy 10% off FPP. Spend $250 – $749.99 each year to gain access. Whilst ''Silver'' members get 15% off FPP. In order to receive Silver membership, you will have to spend $750 – $1249.99 each year. Finally ''Gold' members' enjoy 20% off FPP. Experience these amazing savings by spending over $1250 each year. 

If you haven’t already, simply sign up to Wittner Co. in-store or online. From then on, every purchase you make will be recorded against your Wittner Co. account as long as you’re logged in or notify them in-store. If you’re already a member, just remember - the more you spend, the higher the discount you’ll receive on full price items.
