- 10 cups popcorn
- 100g salted butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 40g golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, extra
Instructions
- Place cooked popcorn into bowl
- Place butter, sugar, syrup and 1 teaspoon salt into thermomix bowl – 2 min / 70 degrees / speed 3
- Scrap side of bowl and continue cooking – without measuring cup / 6 minutes / varoma / speed 3
- Pour sauce over popcorn, mix to coat.
- Sprinkle with remaining salt.
- Serve.
