Description
This is a easy midweek family meal that can be made just before or after picking the kids up from school (set your timing based on the time you eat dinner), serve with meat and 3 vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1kg beef meatballs
- 400g passata (tomato pasta sauce)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Place meatballs in slow cooker.
- In a jug add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic salt, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Mix to combine.
- Pour sauce mixture over meatballs, toss to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Add meatballs to a plate and spoon additional cooking sauce over the top.
- Serve with mashed potato and vegetables.
