Sweet and Sour Meatballs – My kids love meatballs (like mini rissoles) this sweet and sour meatball recipe was enough to feed our family of 5 for 2 nights. I served with mashed potato and steamed vegetables the first night, then in bread rolls as an easy dinner the following night. View recipe here.

Lamb, Feta & Zucchini Meatballs – I must admit I always lean towards beef and chicken rather than lamb or pork for our main meals. However, I am trying to add more variety into our meals and after enjoying the lamb & sesame rissoles I’ve been searching for more great lamb recipes. I found this Lamb & Feta Meatball recipe in the new Vegie Smugglers Kitchen Collection cookbook, and I love how it hides so many extra goodies. I really loved them and loved the extra little flavour hit of the feta (yum!!) View ingredients here.

I must admit sausages or chicken schnitzel, mash and vegetables would have to be one of my favourite weeknight meals.
