This Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Meatballs recipe is one of those easy dinner ideas that can make something ordinary, like store purchased meatballs, into something a little more appetising.
This Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Meatballs recipe is an easy midweek family meal that can be made just before or after picking the kids up from school (set your timing based on the time you eat dinner), serve with meat and 3 vegetables. Simply place your pre-made meatballs into the slow cooker.
You’ll have all these ingredients for the sauce in your pantry: tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic salt (or you can use a clove or minced garlic), Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Then serve up with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
EASY SLOW COOKED BBQ MEATBALLS

- 1 kg premade meatballs
- 400ml tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Place meatballs into slow cooker.
- Mix tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic salt, worchestershire sauce and soy sauce in a jug stirring well to combine.
- Pour over meatballs, toss to coat.
- Place on lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with mashed potato and vegetables.
