Free Delivery and Returns

Rivers uses Australia Post to make its deliveries. Depending on your location, delivery can take seven to 14 business days to reach your address. Free shipping is available from the store if your order meets a minimum qualifying amount of $100. All orders get shipped from Australia, and you have the option of picking up your order at select Rivers outlets to avoid shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, Rivers offers free and convenient returns and exchanges, if you return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchasing it.
