Today’s decluttering task may not relate to everybody, but at the moment I am doing quite a bit of rearranging in my house to cater for a new wardrobe system. I am wanting take a few things out of the WIR and store elsewhere in the house. I found that one of the drawers in a unit we have wasn’t being used at all but was full of kids colouring books. When the kids were young colouring books were a great gift to receive but over the years they have just built up. Sometimes not knowing there is actually a book in the pile that has been completely scribbled all over.
Colouring Books
- Go through the colouring books you have
- Rip out a few cute colouring pages to keep and display in an album, remembering to write the childs name and date on the back for easy reference.
- Throw all the scribbled in and used colouring books into the recycling bin.
