Returns + Refunds

Here at Organised HQ we want you to be happy and to love your purchase.  We ask you choose carefully and read our policy below. 

We don’t refund for change of mind, or for digital products, gift cards, or some health and personal care items (eye masks, heat packs, essential oils etc). Please note that all sale items are non refundable.

Goods may only be refunded where they are faulty.  If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us so that we can make it right.

FAULTY – While we do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in perfect condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or manufacturing defects, please email us as soon as possible. 

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

REFUNDS – If a refund is requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Product must be unused and returned in original packaging and brand new, unused condition.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of The Organised Houseife. Please contact us to make a claim for refund or replacement.

All claims are individually assessed and approved returns are credited back to the original method of payment. The amount refunded for returned goods will be less the original shipping cost. 

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please note, we can only issue refunds for orders placed on our website. If you purchased your product from a stockist or website other than theorganisedhousewife.com.au, please go directly to your original place of purchase. 

REFUNDS VIA AFTERPAY – We will notify Afterpay to release the payments you made, back into your nominated account.  We will only be able to process your afterpay refund once your return reaches us.  You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed. The total cost of the item will be refunded through our system regardless of the payment status with afterpay.
