My Lunch Box Recipes Cookbook was born from over a decade of trial and error with my own kid’s school lunches.

My family wanted more variety and I wanted a solution to my hectic mornings. The over 50 freezer friendly sweet and savoury recipes in this book range from muffins and cookies, to bliss balls, slices and more! They provide the entire family (kids and adults alike) with quick and healthy alternatives to boring lunch box sandwiches. Simply grab one out of the freezer in the morning, for a no-fridge, no-heat lunch that’s ideal for school or work – they make great afternoon snacks too!

I’ve kept all recipes affordable and nut free (but packed with lots of hidden veggies), so that they are not only perfect for school lunches, they also lend themselves beautifully to kid’s birthday parties.

The easy to follow recipes with full colour photos, and my how-to guide at the beginning of the book, means both experienced bakers and those a little newer to the kitchen, will have all the help they need.

Here’s a sneak peak of my 128 page cookbook:

  1. Banana Weet-Bix Muffins
  2. Apricot Yoghurt Muffins
  3. Chocolate Chip Cornflake Cookies
  4. Banana Bread
  5. Fruity Bliss Balls
  6. Zucchini Chocolate Brownies
  7. Cheese and Vegemite Scrolls
  8. Bacon, Cheese and Vegetable Muffins
  9. Sausage Rolls
  10. Mini Quiches
  11. plus over 40 more easy recipes……..

Please note: This Lunch Box Recipes Cookbook is nut-free, due to many schools having nut restrictions.

I have made three things from your new cookbook – I am not a kitchen lover at all, but all recipes are easy to follow and don’t require fancy items and all worked out beautifully! You Rock!

I bought this book and your cleaning tips book via Afterpay last month and LOVE it!!!! So much so that last weekend I did my first ever lot of batch cooking of school lunchbox treats and we have a bursting freezer ready to just grab and go for our two girls. It’s wonderful. My husband gets paid monthly, so doing batch cooking makes sense. I sat and went through your book last Sunday and marked all the recipes I had all of the ingredients for ready to go. This motivated me no-end because I didn’t have to trudge out to buy things in readiness, I could just get cracking. Each time I thought, this will be the last thing I make today I’d end up smashing out another recipe from your book. I highly recommend it, it’s fantastic! So far the crunchy topped blueberry muffins have been a huge hit!!!! Thanks for such a wonderful book xx
