Fruity Bliss Balls

A quick and easy fruity bliss ball recipe that’s free from nuts – but not flavour! – making it the perfect energy snack to prep for the kid’s school lunch boxes.

These Fruity Bliss Balls are nut-free, meaning they are ideal to put in your children’s lunch boxes. They are especially great for kids who have a nut-free policy at their school, and only take 15 minutes to whip up.

I like to make mine in advance, so they are available for the kids to snack on during the week. A batch of these delicious Fruity Bliss Balls can be stored in the fridge for up to one week.

My kids usually take 3 bliss balls to school in replace of a piece of fruit. You can read more about my lunchbox packing guide here.
