- Standard Domestic Shipping – via Australia Post allow 3-9 business days
- Express Domestic Shipping – via Australia Post allow 1-3 business days
- International Standard Shipping – via Australia Post allow 14 business days
2. When will my order ship?
Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm AEST will be posted the following Monday.
- standard shipping orders will be posted within 1-2 business days.
- express shipping orders placed prior to midday, will be processed on the same day.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be emailed an order confirmation, which will include the necessary tracking advice.
4. How do I make changes to my order?
Providing your order has not been packed or dispatched, we are happy to make small minor changes. For example; an amendment to an address. To action these changes, please email us here.
