Frequently Asked Questions:
- Download limit has expired – most products have a limit of 3 downloads, I am happy to reactivate your download.
- Haven’t received your download – you can access your download from the my accounts page.
- Trouble downloading – please try downloading your file using a different internet browser, I find Google Chrome works well.
- Product requests – I am happy to hear of printables you would like to see in the shop, I can add it only my list of printables to make.
- Haven’t received your order in the mail – quite a few of my products are digital downloads (this is mentioned in the full product description). The file will have been emailed to you to print at home. You can access your download from the my accounts page.
Please note: I do not check emails on weekends.
