The NIIMBOT B21Pro connects to your phone through the NIIMBOT app, where you can design and print your labels in minutes. One of my favourite features is how clever the app is, it automatically recognises which label roll you’ve loaded into the machine, so the correct canvas size appears instantly. No guesswork, no wasted labels, just easy printing every time.
Creating My Label Style
When designing my labels, I like to use the top line to make it really clear what’s inside the container, and the bottom line for the category.
For example:
Top line: Self Raising
Bottom line: Flour
This makes it quick to see exactly what’s in each jar, while still keeping everything looking consistent and pretty across the pantry shelves.
For my labels, I’ve used the following style:
Top line font: Seaside, size 17, kerning 0
Bottom line font: HarmonyOS Sans, size 9, kerning 0.2
I also like to add a simple line through the centre — it helps separate the two lines and gives the label a lovely balanced look. Line can be found in the icon section. Line Width: 0.2
Prints Photos Too
The NIIMBOT B21Pro can also print photos. The images are black and white, perfect for creative projects or gift tags. You can even buy label rolls with coloured borders so your designs have a little pop of colour.

There are heaps of label sizes to choose from, small round dots, long pantry labels, and even decorative borders. I’ve used mine for:
