I love visiting my dentist, we have the best conversations, which helps to take my mind off what he’s doing. I’ve never feared the dentist, I’ve been seeing him since I was 18 and my kids see him every 6 months without any worry too. My dentist and I watch the same TV shows so we chat about the shows we’ve been watching, debrief on the story lines and share new shows we’ve found. But recently he mentioned he had a thermomix, and told me all about the meals he cooks in it, he’s a real fan. Then he raved about how much he loved mashed potato in the thermomix, I disagreed with him, I have tried it and it turned out like glue, we really didn’t enjoy it. He insisted I try again, so I did, I’ve altered the original recipe I was using, I’ve converted it’s so easy to make. All the family love it, my son enjoys the flavour of the vegetable stock. The thermomix mash has a velvety, smooth and creamy texture compared to the mash I cook over the stove top which is much thicker.
