Sweet Chilli, Ginger And Lemongrass Chicken Burritos




  1. Place chicken in a bowl and add infusion paste, stir to combine
  2. Slice onion, capsicum and cucumber, put aside
  3. Heat oil in fry pan over medium-high heat, place half the chicken in pan. Cook until brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towel. Repeat
  4. To assemble burrito, lay tortillas on benchtop, spread a small dollop of sour cream in the center of each burrito, add cheese, chicken, drizzle over finishing sauce then top with cucumber, capsicum and onion
  5. Roll tortilla up from the bottom, then fold over each side to enclose
  6. Enjoy
